The Carrabelle Police Department consists of Chief Joe Ham, Deputy Chief Craig Kincaid, Officers Michael Meadows, Andy Pace and Stephan Simmons all dedicated and committed to meeting service demands and providing a safe environment for the citizens of Carrabelle. As Carrabelle’s Police Chief, I am excited about the changes currently underway within the department and the City of Carrabelle.  Our goal at the Carrabelle Police Department is to be a progressive and professional department, thereby, providing you with the highest quality of law enforcement service.
